#923 The Auditor is here...

And it’s YOU

One of the practices we employ in my mastermind coaching groups is auditing. We look back at the prior week and ask some questions:

.-What did I do that produced good results?

-What failed?

-What didn’t I get to? -

-What were my most significant distractions? -

-When did I feel great, and when did I feel not so great?

Then we plan the upcoming week doing more of what worked, keeping an eye out for predictable distractions, picking up missed pieces, and doing more of what made us feel useful and productive.

It seems pretty simple, and it is. It’s also a powerful way to improve week over week and to feel like you’ve got your hands on the controls.
